Adria Dispatch puts your jobs and your drivers on one screen, at a price you can see on this page.

  • The phone rings while you are driving, or at 2am. A missed call can be a lost booking.

  • Finding the nearest free driver takes calls, radio and guesswork.

  • With paper and old screens, it is hard to see where each job is, and when each step happened.

  • Some systems give prices only by quote, charge a setup fee and ask for a 36-month contract (ExpertSure, October 2026). See our comparison.

How it works

From sign-up to your first job, in four steps.

  1. Step 1: Set up your fleet

    Sign up with your work email. Add your fleet name and time zone. Add each driver with a name and mobile number. Then send them the link to get Adria Driver.

  2. Step 2: Take a booking

    Type the job on the board, with the pickup address and its latitude and longitude (copy them from Google Maps). Soon, the AI Receptionist will also take bookings by phone. Book for now or for later.

  3. Step 3: Send it to a driver

    Tap Auto-assign to offer it to the nearest free driver who is online. Or choose the driver yourself.

  4. Step 4: Watch it on the board

    The job moves from Pending to Offered to Active to Completed. Every step is saved with its time.

    See every online driver and every job. Each driver shows as Free or On a job, with the time of their last update.

Good to know

Postcode and address search are coming soon. For now, you type the address and paste its map point (latitude and longitude), for example from Google Maps. Auto-assign and the map pin need this point. You type the price on each job.

Searching and editing past jobs is coming soon too. The board shows today's jobs. There is one login per fleet for now. Logins for extra dispatchers are coming soon.

Adria Driver, for your drivers

Your drivers log in with their phone number.

One app for iPhone and Android. Add a driver with a name and mobile number. They log in with that number and a one-time code. No passwords. No training day.

    It quotes your own fares: base fare, price per mile, price per minute, minimum fare and a night rate. The price on the booking always comes from your fares. If you have not set fares, it gives no price and says the office will confirm.

  • Text confirmations

    It texts the passenger a confirmation, from your fleet's name where the network allows it.

  • Knows returning callers

    It offers their recent trips: "The same as last time?"

  • Always says it is an AI

    Its first sentence tells callers it is your fleet's automated assistant, an AI.

  • A person when needed

    If a caller asks for a person, or your minutes run out, it puts the call through to a number you choose.

  • You stay in control

    Set its name, its greeting and your own rules, such as "We do not take pets". See every call with its result, a short summary and the full transcript. See your minutes this month and how many calls became bookings. Turn it on or off with one switch.

The AI Receptionist is launching soon. We are still testing it.

Your calls forward to a number we set up for you. Ofcom (the UK phone regulator) must approve its paperwork first. If a network hides the caller's number, the AI cannot find, change or cancel their bookings.

Who uses Adria Dispatch today?

We are new and launch in December 2026. We have no reviews yet, and we will not invent any. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.

Is there a contract or a setup fee?

No. There is no setup fee and no contract. You pay month by month and can cancel any month. There is no exit fee.

Can I try it next to my current system?

Yes. Use the 14-day free trial to run Adria next to the system you use now. If you are in a contract, you can start the trial near its end. Import from a spreadsheet is coming in 2027.

How does auto-assign choose a driver?

It offers the job to the nearest free driver who is online, measured in a straight line. If the driver declines, the job goes back to Pending, and you can send it again or choose a driver yourself.

It does not check the vehicle type yet, so choose the driver yourself for a wheelchair accessible job or a large group. Auto-assign does not check a driver's papers or council licence yet.

Offers do not time out yet. If the driver does not answer, the job stays Offered until you act. Passing a job to the next driver when there is no answer is coming soon.

Can I search for an address or postcode?

Not yet. Postcode and address search are coming soon, with the route and a meter price. For now, you type the address and paste its map point (latitude and longitude) from a map such as Google Maps. Auto-assign and the map pin need that point. Without it, you can still offer the job to a driver yourself. You type the price on each job. Only the AI Receptionist works out a fare.

Will callers know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. Its first sentence says it is your fleet's automated assistant, an AI. It speaks with a natural voice in 12 languages. If a caller asks for a person, it puts them through to a number you choose. You also decide which calls it gets, for example only when you are busy or closed. The AI Receptionist is launching soon.

Do I keep my own phone number?

Where do you work?

We start in England, outside London, and are building for fleets worldwide. London from June 2027. Wales and Scotland follow once we have checked their rules. We are building for taxi and private hire fleets first. Features for courier and chauffeur fleets are coming in 2027.

How do you look after my fleet's data?

Each fleet's data is kept separate from every other fleet's by rules in our database. A data agreement (DPA) for every fleet is coming soon. Export at any time is coming in 2027.
